Join AMCP’s Government Affairs team for an exploration of the state policy landscape shaping managed care pharmacy. This session will highlight the most significant legislative and regulatory developments affecting your daily work. Topics include evolving state oversight of pharmacy benefit managers, changes to utilization management requirements, and new approaches in regulating clinical and administrative applications of artificial intelligence.

We’ll break down the real-world implications of recent state legislative sessions, including how policymakers are responding to H.R. 1’s Medicaid reforms and the Rural Health Transformation Program. The session will also cover state responses to updated federal vaccine recommendations and other public health priorities aligned with the Make America Healthy Again agenda.
