Brian is the Senior Director of Specialty Clinical Strategy and Programs at Prime Therapeutics. Brian earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island in 2009 and is a Registered Pharmacist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Prior to transitioning to managed care in 2016, Brian had previous experience in community and long-term care pharmacy. At Prime Therapeutics, Brian is responsible for developing, implementing, and providing strategic oversight for a variety of clinical programs focused on specialty medications across both the pharmacy and medical benefit, including categories such as hemophilia, immune globulin, rare and orphan diseases, cell and gene therapy, and more. Brian is also an internal and external presenter for Prime Therapeutics, discussing utilization management and patient engagement strategies for specialty categories, as well as the specialty pipeline.
