Prabashni Reddy (Bashni), PharmD led the Mass General Brigham Center for Drug Policy in Boston MA for over 15 years. As Executive Director, she established the enterprise Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, oversaw formulary decisionmaking, and developed and implemented medication policy across the integrated delivery network. Previously, Bashni was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Connecticut. Bashni holds a PharmD from the Albany College of Pharmacy in New York and completed a fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut. She has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. She currently serves on the AMCP Dossier Format Committee and has chaired the Editorial Advisory Board for the Journal of Managed Care and Specialty Pharmacy. Bashni is now a Senior Advisor at OPEN Health in the Strategic Market Access group.
