Nathan Frank, EdD

Nathan Frank is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Aetna, where he leads technology strategy and delivery in support of more than 25 million members. With a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, he is committed to enhancing the member experience through modern, scalable technology solutions.

Prior to Aetna, Nathan served as Vice President of Cloud Services at CVS Health, where he played a key role in developing the organization’s multi-cloud strategy and accelerating application modernization. Since joining CVS Health in 2013, he held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Caremark Technology Adjudication Services and Vice President of Caremark Member Client Services, overseeing technology that supports pharmacy claims, customer care, mail pharmacy, clinical, and client services.

Earlier in his career, Nathan held technology leadership positions at Aon, Hewitt Associates, and Arthur Andersen. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
