Justin Bioc, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP, RPh is a pharmacy executive and clinical innovator with over a decade of experience spanning utilization management, clinical programming, Medicare Stars quality, and health plan administration. He currently serves as Associate Vice President of Pharmacy at Devoted Health, where he leads enterprise pharmacy strategy and operations, overseeing award-winning programs that advance Medicare Star ratings, managing drug utilization, and building AI-powered clinical systems that enable care teams to deliver high-quality care at scale. Prior to Devoted Health, Justin gained broad pharmacy leadership experience managing pharmacies within Federally Qualified Health Centers and a community hospital, then transitioned to managed care specializing in utilization management across Medicare, commercial, and Medicaid lines of business. He serves on the PQA Board of Directors, the standards body behind Medicare's pharmacy quality measures. He earned his BS in Pharmacy Studies and PharmD from Northeastern University.
